The Rosemount Quartet will provide you with a detailed quote and all bookings are confirmed using contracts.

£595 for 2 hours: this is usually enough to cover music for both your Ceremony & Drinks Reception; thereafter £100 per hour, pro rata.
A £100 deposit* is required to confirm the booking, and the balance is due one calendar month before your wedding date.
*Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made within
  one month of the event.

We aim to arrive no later than half an hour before the booking time, in order to set up and be ready.
Please note that travel expenses will only be added to our fee if travelling beyond the East Midlands.

Quite often, weddings can run late, perhaps because the photo session or travel between venues has taken longer than anticipated.  Please consider this when working out timings and making your booking.

Please notify your photographer and guests that we cannot be held responsible for audio recordings made at your event. We require notification if recordings are to be uploaded onto the internet.

All we require on the day are:

• Space of about 3 metres by 3 metres in which to perform.
• If performing outside: suitable shelter from wind, rain & direct sun (e.g. gazebo, awning).
• 4 armless chairs with horizontal seats that do not slope.
• A safe place to store our music cases out of sight.
• Good light source if indoors.
